She lived her life quite normally, besides being overly-smart, until one day the FBI tracked her down. They knew of her skills and trained her to be the world's most kick-butt assassin, and also somehow made her even smarter. By the time she was 13, they had dropped her off back home and she continued life. Being a secret FBI spy all the while. This is how Agent Beth came to be.
